Registered PreK Students
Families who have already enrolled in the WSD preschool collaborative programs with Head Start (on-site and at the Winooski Family Center) and whose children are enrolled in another Act 166 partner program, (and who will be returning to preschool in fall 2021), will receive a special code (called a Snap code) via email over the summer so that you can update your registration information on PowerSchool.
PreK Students who are not Registered
All families who have children who will be new to preschool need to complete a full online registration through PowerSchool (PS). Due to maintenance, PS is not ready to accept new or updated student registrations at this time. We will share more information once registration is open.
Students interested in Head Start
If you are interested in applying for one of our Head Start Collaborative programs, you may complete an application at bit.ly/HeadStartAppVermont. You will be notified if you are eligible and if there is a spot for your child. Once PowerSchool registration is open, you will need to register online, as both an application and registration will be required.
PreK Screenings
For health and safety reasons, we are postponing preschool screenings until the weather is warmer and we can work outside. You will be notified once the date is set.
