2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR
Children who will be five years of age prior to September 1, 2019, should attend this screening. Kindergarten registration and screening will be at John F. Kennedy Elementary School on Monday, May 6th and Tuesday, May 7th. Please call the J.F.K. office at 655-0411 to make an appointment. All appointments are 90 minutes. Please be sure you are on time for your appointment and you must bring your child, child’s birth certificate, (or I-94 if your child was born in a country that doesn’t issue birth certificates), updated immunization record and his/her Social Security number and proof of residency to the appointment and register your child while he/she is being screened.
